JCI USA State President's Retreat: Empowering Leadership For A Bright Future

From December 5 to 8, 2024, I had the honor of attending the JCI USA State Presidents Retreat at the picturesque Camp Discovery in Gainesboro, Tennessee. This transformative event united the state presidents and the executive board of JCI USA for four days of purposeful learning, strategic planning, and relationship building. The retreat was a powerful platform for strengthening leadership skills, sharing innovative ideas, and charting the future direction of the organization.
